Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If for any reason it’s not quite right, please see our returns options below.

In-Store Purchases

Items purchased in-store are eligible for a credit note or exchange only, provided they are returned:

  • Within 14 days of purchase
  • In original, unworn condition with all tags attached
  • With proof of purchase

Please note that in-store purchases are not eligible for a refund for change of mind. Refunds are only provided in accordance with Australian Consumer Law if an item is faulty, damaged, or not as described.

Online Purchases

For online orders, we gladly offer a refund or credit note if your item is returned in its original condition within 14 days of receiving it.

  • Refunds will be processed back to the original payment method
  • Return postage is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty

Faulty or Incorrect Items
